We pack and ship according to your individual wishes – either to you, or directly to your customers! What's more, we're quick: just two to three days after grinding, the goods are at their destination. By the way, thanks to our AEO C+S status, we can even take care of customs clearance for you at our premises.

We take care of packing your products – whether it be loose goods in cartons, on pallets or via display construction. Upon request, we can also develop individual packaging concepts and branded packaging and can have them produced in our partner network.

Our sample management offers samples as well as samplespecific measurements such as dimensions, colours, printed image control. We also offer sample archiving and documentation, monitoring of audits and interface management to suppliers.

A shortterm consolidation of product groups, pallets and individual products from different deliveries is possible at any time. Assembling displays or a custom store delivery can also be mapped.

The typical inspection of incoming goods includes a check of freight documents, a type and quantity check, as well as a visual check for any defects and transport damage. We also offer customerspecific product tests, such as humidity readings, reference sample tests or testing for customerspecific attributes.

Labelling goods includes labelling all types of packages. It goes without saying that it is always possible to adapt to individual customer requirements.

As an authorised customs warehouse, an authorised economic operator (AEO) and an authorised consignee, we meet all the requirements for smooth customs clearance processes. These include export and import procedures as well as other procedures, depending on the customer’s wishes.

We have 11 ramps and 4 areas for side loading and unloading. The handling of bales, rolls and pallets as well as the tracking and tracing of loading and unloading via video tracking is also available.

This allows us to store a wide variety of product types and product groups, from different raw materials to various products for fulfilment.

The fully heated storage areas have modern highshelf warehouses and a modern sprinkler system. The entire site is monitored by CCTV. A modern IT system with individual APIs is used for administration.

From the moment we receive the order, our Autostore Robots get to work for you in the warehouse. We have Autostore Robots that take the goods to the order picker/picker and we have warehouse robots that pick the goods from the storage fixtures. As a result, the error rate in picking in the warehouse is extremely low.

We work with an Autostore storage system. Thanks to its efficiency, we have more than 100,000 storage spaces to store your products dust-free, theft-proof and compact. Our cross docking warehouse thus keeps our and your ecological footprint very small!

All incoming products are unpacked, checked and entered into our IT system. We use closely timed service levels for this. If we receive your goods in the morning, they make it to the warehouse on the same day.

Returned items are inspected, restored to their original condition and re-stocked. Our returns process meets the strict guidelines of platforms like Zalando and Amazon. If you also sell through these platforms, this is extremely convenient.
