Iranian cherry fruits range from a mottled yellowish red to bright red to reddish purple and come in both sweet and sour varieties ,Iranian cherry fruits skin is smooth and shiny and usually ranges from pale to very dark red, although yellow and white cultivars exist,Cherry have among the highest levels of disease-fighting antioxidants, when compared to other fruits.
