Sun dried raisins: These are sun-dried Thompson Seedless grapes. They account for almost all Qazvin raisins. The grapes naturally develop a dark brown color as they dry in the sun, a process that takes from two to three weeks.

Golden Seedless raisins: Like natural seedless raisins, these are also from Thompson Seedless grapes, but are oven-dried to avoid the darkening effect of sunlight. They are also treated with sulfur dioxide to preserve their light color.

Due to harvest season and the condition of growing fig, Flamingo Eurasia company utilize warehouses to supply this product throughout the entire year. Also if any of our customers want organic certificates, our supplier could fulfill their needs as well. Dried figs are sorted according to their sizes, openness and color. Open mouth figs are called 101. And their sizes are graded in A, AA, AAA, groups. the best and largest is called Parak and then we have AAA type. If we have the open and closed figs mixed together then it’s called “AS” type.

Estahban has been the most famous provider of figs to the world. This grade is Sargol. this is the forth grade after Super AA, Super AAA & AAS. the difference between them are sizing, price and formation of mouth.
