Army containers are suitable for air, land and sea transport available in both ISO 8’6” and 8′ with side doors and/or end doors painted in different colour shades and finishing (i.e. antiinfrared) 40ft, 20ft, Bicon, Tricon and Quadcon configurations (Italian production – TAA compliant) It is possible to provide customized unit on demand.

TIPPING CONTAINERS Tipping containers in steel sheet painted watertight, with the base fork mounted for lifting with a forklift. They are supplied in series with settling tank, filter sheet for the separation of liquids or solid substances and cap for the discharge of liquids. The reversal is automatic and is done via the release lever. A rope is used to activate the lever directly from the cab of the truck and then to operate in maximum security. All containers are equipped with wheels for manual handling. On request they can be equipped with feet.

Stackable and suitable for forks lift. Available in industry version (industrial gray) or food version (RAL 7001). Ideal for textile industry, pharmaceutical industry, metalworking, plastics processing and food industry. Easy to clean, does not absorb odors and moisture. Storable outdoors. Available with feet, runners or wheels. Are movable with pallet trucks and forklift. The bins can be ordered with 4 legs, runners and 4 wheels without brakes. The version with 4 wheels without brake can be transformed into the version with 2 or 4 wheels with brake by purchasing the relative accessory. This is only a surcharge that must be applied to the bins that already has wheels (it cannot be applied to the bins with the feet).

ELECTRICAL ELEVATOR WITH FRONT TIPPING BY 85° FPLTM10E The elevator-tilter for dump boxes with hydraulic pump driven by the rudder allows operators to lift and fold up to a maximum of 85° each type of fork mounted container (plastic, metal, wood) and to withdraw/deposit products with maximum safety. The height of a pick-up is about 1000-1200 mm. (Depends on the level of tipping) and allows operators to maintain an ergonomically correct position. Equipped with sturdy steel frame with fork tip rounded, steering wheels in polyurethane with parking brake and foot protectors. OPERATION: After braking the wheels, for lifting it is sufficient to press the button on the rudder which regulates the ascent and descent of the forks. The tilting is done by pressing the buttonhole located on the rudder, the UP button tilts the load to the operator, while the DOWN button will lower it again.

ELEVATOR WITH MANUAL TIPPING FRONT A 85° FPLTM10M The elevator-tilter for dump boxes with hydraulic pump driven by the rudder allows operators to lift and fold up to a maximum of 85° each type of fork mounted container (plastic, metal, wood) and to withdraw/deposit products with maximum safety. The height of a pick-up is about 1000-1200 mm. (Depends on the level of tipping) and allows operators to maintain an ergonomically correct position. The trolley is equipped with a lever valve with two positions (lifting and tilting) Placing the lever on the lifting forks are raised horizontally up to 285 mm. from the floor, by positioning the lever on the opposite side starts tilting gradual up to a maximum of 85 °. Sturdy steel frame with fork tip rounded, steering wheels in polyurethane with parking brake and foot protectors.
