Plastic containers 300/600/700 PLUS in an approved version for the transport and storage of exhausted batteries in compliance with ADR regulations. They can be stored outdoors and can be stacked and forklifted with a pallet truck and forklift. Overlapping is possible via 4 pins printed directly on the upper part of the boxes which fit into the special holes on the bottom of the feet of the overlying container. Easy to clean thanks to the smooth internal walls, they do not absorb odors and humidity. The boxes are equipped with two crossbars on the long side and resist deformation thanks to their structural rigidity. All models are equipped with an identification label showing the types of storable batteries. Standard color gray RAL 7001 The battery boxes are supplied without a lid (sold separately as an option) On models for batteries it is not possible to apply the hole with the screw cap or the tap.

GALVANIZED PALLET BOX FOR GAS CYLINDER STORAGE The galvanized cylinder pallet allows the storage of up to 12 cylinders in a vertical position. It is equipped with lifting hooks with cranes and safety stickers already included. To facilitate the loading of the cylinders there is a folding platform in embossed plate. The cylinders are held in place by a bar that can be lifted and locked using a steel pin.

The MEDIUM Series spring balancers allow to effortlessly lift gluing, stapling, nailing, strapping and other tools with weight from 4,0 to 25 Kg. The balancers are an essential tools to ease the operator work and increase productivity. They also reduce the processing time and help improve the quality of work. The balancers are manufactured according with the DIN 15112. MODELS WITH BRAKE The models with brakes (models marked with the letter F), are equipped with clutch/brake that controls the rotation speed of the drum, going from a slight slowing down to complete blocking. To increase or decrease the friction and to make each position of the drum more stable, it is possible to act on the clutch/brake screw. Warning: it is absolutely forbidden to act on the clutch / brake screw when the rope is protruding or without load.

CONTAINERS WITH OPENABLE BOTTOM - ONE OPENING - FOR SEPARATE COLLECTION AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE Containers in electro-welded steel, powder coated, equipped with feet. Ideal for use in separate collection of urban, artisanal and industrial waste, for materials such as wood, iron, paper, metal scraps, chipboards etc. The containers can be hooked and lifted by forklift. Waste collection takes place by inserting waste materials from above; while the emptying, for the unloading of the waste, takes place from the bottom, and is accomplished through the actuation of the lever placed on the side of the bin. A cable can be attached to the lever to allow the operator to operate it without having to get off the forklift. The bottom with total opening guarantees a quick and complete unloading of the inserted materials. Since the bins are not hermetically sealed, they are not suitable for inserting waste and residues, soaked in liquids, solvents, oils or the like. The boxes are blue.

METAL CONTAINERS WITH OPENABLE BOTTOM - MOD. FP B637/638 Very robust metal containers, suitable for the collection of processing waste and building materials. The CP-CT containers allow to be lifted with the forks of the forklift or with the 4-branch chains, depending on the model and arrangement. The operator can open the bottom of the body by using a rope and remaining at a safe distance. The openable bottom allows you to empty the container comfortably and quickly in larger containers or specific areas for disposal. Built in painted steel. All standard models are wheelless. The 1000 liter series can be equipped with wheels and cover.

TIPPING CONTAINERS Tipping containers in steel sheet painted watertight, with the base fork mounted for lifting with a forklift. They are supplied in series with settling tank, filter sheet for the separation of liquids or solid substances and cap for the discharge of liquids. The reversal is automatic and is done via the release lever. A rope is used to activate the lever directly from the cab of the truck and then to operate in maximum security. All containers are equipped with wheels for manual handling. On request they can be equipped with feet.

Small balancers are used to correct effortlessly glue, staplers, nailers, strapping tools and other tools from 0.4 to 14 kg. The balancers are an essential tools to ease the operator work and increase productivity. They also reduce the processing time and help improve the quality of work. The balancers are manufactured according with the DIN 15112. MODELS WITH BLOCK The models with the block (models marked with the letter B), are equipped with a Device That Allows to block the stroke with a simple operation on the load. The stroke is stopped at 100 mm intervals.

TILTING BUCKET IN POLYETHYLENE FP-BE 1000 WITH CAPACITY 1000 LT. Tipping container made of sturdy polyethylene and forkable steel base with forklift truck, it allows the transport and unloading of scraps and scrap operating in safe conditions. The bucket is secured to the forks of the forklift truck by means of the supplied chain and to carry out the overturning it is sufficient to operate the release lever directly from the driver's seat of the forklift truck (by means of a rope) and therefore to operate in maximum safety. They can be lifted with a forklift or a pallet truck.

The containers of polluting liquids must be stored in a safe manner, in order to prevent contamination of the aquifers in particular. The collection tanks are watertight, oven-painted with epoxy powders and equipped with a hot-galvanized, removable grid. Color RAL 5010 blue. They are also equipped with special seats for forklift loading. Their principle of operation is based on a sensible heat exchange between air and water where: air is drawn in by fans through a finned coil, while water (or a mixture of water and glycol) flows through the tubes that make up the coil and cools when ambient air (colder cooler) laps the surface of the latter. Exchange coils, with a "V" arrangement within the cooler, consisting of copper tubes and aluminum fins.
