SERIES ELECTRONIC DOSERS EWM entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for packing granular products in preformed bags. The standard weighing range varies from 10 to 3000 grams and from 200 to 5000 grams. It is also possible to reduce the minimum weight by decreasing the weighing speed but the doser could lose precision. Before making the purchase, we invite customers to check that the AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for contact with their specific product. For corrosive products (for example SEA SALT) a special protection is available which is achieved by means of specific food-grade paint. This treatment must be requested before purchase and takes at least 10 days to make. The treatment (optional) is subject to wear and if it is damaged (for example the treatment takes a hit or is scratched off) it must be repeated. With salt, if no treatment is required, the steel could oxidize even if it is INOX.

Automatic rinsers respectively with 4 and 6 positions operate using a water injection system with continuous flow. An optional recirculation kit with an integrated filtration system allows the use of a sterilizing or rinsing solution. An 'air blowing' version is also available. These machines allow the internal rinsing of new containers before filling, without wetting the exterior, using water previously filtered through a 0.35µm filtration cartridge. They do not require equipment for additional formats: format change is achieved through a few simple adjustments. The machines are entirely constructed in AISI 304 Stainless Steel and with plastic materials compliant with relevant directives. Machines provided in this manner are ready for integration into bottling or food packaging lines. Production: 800 bottles/hour for 4 positions - 1500 bottles/hour for 6 positions.

We offer our esteemed clients an exclusive range of concrete buckets with lever and rubber hose. With the long flexible hose ( ⌀ 200 mm – standard length 2 mt. / available in different lenghts on demand) it’s easier to pour concrete into columns, walls and formworks and to control the flow. These buckets are highly requested as they provide smooth concrete placement and they are designed using fine quality material. Our product guarantees stability and structural strength. These buckets present a discharge gate closed automatically by spring retractors with handle-lever and rope to open the gate. These products are manufactured with various capacities as listed below and can reach over 3000 l capacity on demand. The customer can require specific sizes for the batching plants.

We offer our customers our CL series of buckets with reduced height, ideal for batching plants and to be filled with truck mixers. This model presents a side chute. This model is manufactured in many different capacities as listed below. We offer also the C series without the side chute, check it in our buckets list! These two models are also available in the galvanized version, that guarantees a long lasting quality thanks to the hot-dip galvanization process that forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc which prevents corrosive substances from reaching the more delicate part of the metal.

The SKF system. SKF is a filtering complex specifically designed for use on effluent from large kitchens. It is a system that incorporates several active filtration stages on different fractions of pollutants. The SKF system can automatically provide its cleaning (water unit), keeping the filters at a constant level of efficiency. The genesis of this machine is the result of compaction and adaptation for the specific industrial use typical of complex odour effluent treatment.
