The magnetic sheet floaters are designed for separation of magnetic steel sheets, clean , oily or sticky sheets. They help boost press and press brake production by eliminating the need to fumble with thin oily sheets. It also operates in automated systems. For a good selection of magnetic floater in the separation of plates, first of all we should know the thickness of the sheets, since it is a critical input to do a good job. One thing to bear in mind is that the magnetic float IDG.FS.RB shall be 90 mm higher than the stack of sheets to be separated. The low emissivity of the aluminium inhibits the transfer of heat, preventing it from reaching the wall, and the magnetic element means radiators do not need to be removed, facilitating quick and easy installation by tenants and residents, resulting in no installation costs, unlike other heat saving products, making it a cost-effective alternative or companion to other forms of insulation.

We are able to facilitate the entire process following receipt of your artwork or free issue printed media, and can deliver the finished promotional magnets in sheet form, die cut, or kiss cut as per your requirement. As we do not advocate the use of low-grade magnetic sheet for creating promotional magnets, your campaign will be produced through one of three methods below, depending on the desired volume and finish.
