Details of Flex & Rigid Membrane Switches: The circuit of membrane switches can be flex and rigid. It depends on the customer end application and also related to the cost budget and other considerations. For example, life, resistance, connection type on the mainboard, etc. For the Rigid circuit membrane switches, the circuit is rigid printed circuit board. The material of rigid PCB is usually FR4 and Copper. By this type of membrane switch, the connector usually is the SMD connector (sometimes also can be straight through connector). For some application which need very stiff capability, then use PCB circuit membrane switch. For the flex circuit membrane switches, there are two types. They are silver printed PET circuit and copper etched FPC circuit. Usually if the membrane switches need assembled many LEDs, then we suggest to use FPC circuit, it can get more stable LED soldering quality. For the normal application the PET circuit is enough, which is more economical.

GENERAL OPERATION The machine is built-up of a rotating plate and a knot device that allow to create the requested wire ties. When the cycle is running, the pinch roll insert the wire in the machine and the rotating plate starts to rotate creating the wire ties. The crossed ends of the wire are held together and twisted by rotation of the gripper. AUTOMATIC CYCLE When the operator press the “start” button, the automatic cycle command is sent to the machine. This signal allow to insert the wire into the rotating plate following the sequence below: - Realignment and lifting of the twister. - Realignment of the wire step cylinder. - Closing of the pinch roll. - Moving forward of the puller. - Insertion of the wire by means of forward rotation of the pinch roll. When the twister is in high position, the puller is moved forward, in order to pull out the wire ties. With a time delay, the machine starts a new tying cycle (according to the number of the ties set in the operator’s panel).

Thanks to the belt-pulley mechanism driven by an electric motor, the rotational motion is transferred to the sieve shaft. The sieve weights, which are placed unbalanced, connected to the sieve shaft, make the sieve vibrate. The position of the screen weights can be adjusted around the screen shaft in order to change the vibration amplitude of the screen. The screen is hung on the ceiling of the place where it is located by means of composite rods in order to create the vibration comfortably. Thanks to this vibration movement, in specially designed sieve boxes, the incoming product is classified and sifted according to its grain size. The product to be screened is sent to the screening area through one or more inlet pipes. Various types of silk-covered cases allow separation in seven channels. This part is directed to the outlet by the channel. After the product is sifted, it is sent to the outlet pipe on the bottom plate. It also has sight pipes for product control and monitoring.
