Polyflora honeys derive from the nectar of many different plants. Our blossom honeys are liquefied, homogenized, and purified and differ in taste, color, and consistency depending on their botanical origin.

A subtle blend of organic French honey and organic black garlic from the Gers to combine the benefits and nutritional qualities of two super foods. Honey with black garlic is ideal for both savoury and sweet dishes. The sweet, delicate flavour of black garlic and the mildness of honey make it an ideal ingredient for many dishes, marinades, vinaigrettes or simply as toast. Perfect as a glaze for meat and fish, or as an accompaniment to cheese and salads, it's also delicious in desserts such as crêpes, cakes, madeleines and gingerbread. The combination of this specially selected organic honey and our organic black garlic will surprise and delight your taste buds.

Our honey comes from Zambia. We are the biggest singular source producer of honey in Africa. We have over 9000 farmers and over 95 000 hives that are hung in trees and only come down twice year for Harvesting. Our hives are over a million Hectares and we have recently built a school for Grade 1-12 and houses for the Teachers to remain close to the school. We also provided all the sport, art and educational books. We have two flavours, a winter harvest that has won a Great Taste award in Europe in 2018 and 2019 the London Gold International Honey award. Our Summer Harvest also won a Great Taste award in Europe in 2018 as well as the London Silver International Honey Award in 2019. A feat we are very proud off. We are the only company globally that has our honey tested by 3 international food science laboratories.
