Neo PLM is a Process and Product Lifecycle Management provider to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The product suite substantially reduces compliance risk and product cost by enabling the transformation to a modular, process design-centric structure that spans the entire product lifecycle. Neo engaged Symphony Solutions in 2016 to implement needed QA processes to suit the complexities of the Life Science industry. Through the new QA system, Neo improved the flow and transfer of knowledge across all stakeholders and processes. The QA system radically improved overall product quality and the verification of new features and updates in particular.

Intuition is one of the world’s leading LMS providers offering e-learning content for leading professionals in financial, compliance, organizational change and other sectors. To retain its competitive position in the shifting economy, Intuition needed a content-driven SaaS mobile platform that would support formal and informal learning, with advanced usability and improved content recommendation. Symphony Solutions helped Intuition develop the next generation of their e-learning app, a cloud-based mobile solution with user-centric UI and design based on information architecture. Symphony Solutions supported Intuition’s design and development needs, catering to unique requirements of their customers.

BleXr is a fast-growing iGaming affiliate marketing company which came to Symphony Solutions in 2017. Gaming providers are putting more and more focus and effort into getting their users online creating a seamless omnichannel experience. The onboarding process for new users may be quite daunting and confusing. Therefore, iGaming providers are looking into applying Service Design as a way to make the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable for the end-user. Symphony Solutions’ Design Office took on this challenging task and created a roadmap allowing for a 60% reduction in user journey steps from the initial intention of placing a bet to creating the account.

VirtualStock, the platform that helps retailers, suppliers, brands and healthcare providers connect more efficiently and control their supply chains, came to Symphony Solutions to help increase their development capacity. Symphony Solutions established 2 development teams in 3 months and helped to roll-out to production. Software development is ongoing and continuously releases new product versions every 2 weeks. The relationship is solid and growing.

Client is one of the largest bookmakers in the UK, acquired by GVC Holdings in March 2018, has been expanding their partnership with Symphony Solutions for 5 years. From just 4 engineers and PoC, 200 people now work on this business. We developed products and applications for the client to eliminate dependence on vendors and to improve market position and profit potential. These products were created for the client’s own web platform and native Android and iOS apps. We also designed stable architecture for real-time betting, scaling up and back for high load periods. The client now owns their own Intellectual Property, has technology superiority over competitors, and continues to increase profitability.
