Either in a customised or standard format these rapid tests are ideal for the detection of nucleic acids for point of care molecular diagnostics. PCRD Nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassays are qualitative rapid assays designed to detect amplicons labelled with DIG/Biotin and/or FITC (or FAM)/Biotin, with the addition of a control line.
