Outstanding light transmission due to the large zoom range from 0.57x to 3.6x. The parallax-free 2D view, due to the vertical beam path, is perfect for photography and image processing. The resolution up to 1500 lp/mm generates sharp and detailed images. Facilitated handling of the sample due to the large working distance (e.g. 97 mm with the 1.0x objective). The integrated iris diaphragm adjusts the depth of field.

A stereo microscope system for the microelectronics, electronics, and medical device manufacturing industries. It has a magnification range from 5x up to 30x allowing users to change quickly from a large surface overview to detailed observation. It also has an optimal depth of field (DOF), up to a diameter of 13.6 mm, due to the Leica FusionOptics Technology. A larger DOF means less refocusing which saves users time and simplifies the microscope operation and sample handling. The maximum working distance of 122 mm offers users good access under the microscope when working on components or parts, so plenty of room for tools and fingers. A LED ring light provides bright and homogenous illumination and can be used with an attachable diffusor accessory for shiny components and parts leading to more comfortable working conditions due to less back reflection.

A stereo microscope with an 8:1 zoom ratio and a resolution of 300 line pairs/mm can visualize structures as small as 3.3 µm. Due to the large working distance of 75 mm, there is enough access under the microscope to work on samples even at high magnification, up to 80x. The 38° ergonomic viewing angle ensures users maintain a healthy posture. The excellent color correction is perfectly suited for cell sorting, quality control, or microinjection applications. A simple connection for a microscope camera is available via the integrated photo/video output.
