The advantage of Accumulator having Liquid Receiver is to have heat exchange between Liquid Receiver (outside) and Liquid Accumulator (inside). The heat from the Liquid Receiver part, enhance the evaporation in Liquid Accumulator, also providing condensing in Liquid Receiver. This complex units has the advantage of mounting space savings with heat exhange benefits. ESSRCH48 Series Replaceable Core Filter Drier Shells are designed for large industrial / commercial refrigeration systems. It defers from Filter Driers by having high filtration surface area and replaceable core. At the hardest conditions, easily replaceable internal structure and apparatus, ESSRCH48 will serve you well. Having plastic internal structure material, during the servicing stage, the unwanted substance can not able to return to the system. Special design internal filtering system, even at the higher connection dimensions, the pressure drop will be at minimum keeping the filtration capability. ESSRCH48 can be chosen to have maximum of 4 cores. Even at the multiple core usage, there will be no different pressure drops having the parallel refrigerant flow condition. ESSRCH48 has high working pressure capability to serve best in also R410A and R744 (Subcritical).

ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers are designed for multi compressor systems to have storage for oil that seperated from oil seperators. ESSOSR designed to be used with oil level regulators to distribute the stored oil. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers has rotalock connectors with rotalock valves of SAE 3/8”. Placing easily readible sight glasses for pre-defined levels of oil, the tracking of oil levels are much simpler. There is a option to replace to rotalock valve for any desired line type and size. For the oil check valve, there is a seperate SAE 3/8 place on the top of the ESSOSR. By the internal design, ESSLA80 Liquid Accumulators, can prevent fluctuations / irregularities, during the “off-cycle” and Liquid Hammering. Also it promotes the oil return to the compressor. At the first assembly stage, it is advised to add sufficient amount of oil in the liquid accumulator.
