Mould manufacturing for plastics - Import export

There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Many years of our technologists' experience in the field of projects implementation and development of technologies allow us to help with our customers' obstacles. We can deal with: - technology development in injection molding plants, - we help in the preparation of a business plan and commissioning of entire production plants or injection department in plants that have previously outsourced production to an external injection molding company.

Our company is into designing of details made of plastic. The design department, which cooperates with mold designers and injection technologists, has extensive practical knowledge that allows us to develop technologically correct projects. We also work with designers who support us in the design of functional elements.
