Our skills include working with steels such as S355J2 and steels with lower yield strengths, especially for material thicknesses above 3 mm for fillet welds (3-23 for butt welds), welded using the MAG-135 method. Our spot welders allow the use of alternative methods of joining metal elements. Resistance spot welding is one of the most popular techniques for joining thin-walled metals. The use of condenser welding machines allows for quick and easy mounting of fasteners (pins, screws, pins) on the surface of metals. Induction welding allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption, and thus reduces the cost of manufacturing details. This process significantly reduces the area of thermal action, which contributes to easier cleaning of the joined areas. Induction welding technology allows for its automation, which makes the process repeatable and simpler (and therefore cheaper). Thanks to the use of alternative methods of joining materials, we are able to offer our services in the construction industry; transport of liquids and gasses; automotive industry and machine manufacturing.

CNC bending of sheet metal technology is the most popular method of plastic processing, allowing to obtain details of both simple and complex shapes. The use of modern press brakes allows for the maximum possible repeatability in cnc bending of the produced elements for any number of items. The modern CNC tube bending services and the automatic compensation of the deflection arrow give maximum accuracy and repeatability in 7 axes and allow you to maintain the required angles along the entire length of the bending line. An extensive tool park allows us to adapt to any customer’s technological requirements. We offer sheet metal bending services, such as tube bending, metal curving, metal sheet folding, aluminum sheet bending, bending steel and many more.

The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.

Our company's offer includes welding of steel structures made of stainless steel and carbon steel. Welding is carried out using the method MIG / MAG creation of an electric arc between the head and the material. It is covered with shields of mechanical gases such as, for example, neutral (argon) or chemically active (carbon dioxide); TIG welding using a tungsten electrode and a shield of noble (inert) gas, most often argon. Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.
