Allows that the deposit and removal of the merchandise be made manually, offering different ways to do this process according to the need and type of the merchandise. LEVELS FORMED WITH BEAMS AND SHELVES Each level possesses, at least, two beams with shelves or metallic panels supported in them. It´s the perfect storage system for: Boxes, packages and different materials Heavy loads in intermediate spaces Medium loads in big spaces Big dimension products The shelves are metallic, composed by various pieces, with reinforced tabs and big load capacity. The firmness allowed by the beams´ fit in the rack is normally enough to ensure the stability of the shelves, wherefore a basic shelf needs only racks, beams and shelves. The shelves can be metallic, made with wood or net.

These shelves make the most of the useful height of a given location, doubling or tripling its surface and transforming it in a storage area. The installation of a platform is the best solution to make the most of the available space. There´s the option of using all the available surface or using only the highest areas of the facility. USE The installation of a platform allows allocating that surface to different applications: work stations, components assembly, requests preparation area, storage, etc., even office space. The installation is formed by a raised floor. In the ground floor there could be shelves to store small and medium size merchandise and with largest number of Picking operations. The upper floor can be used to store the bigger volume and less consumed items. The platform can also be united to a Picking warehouse with footbridges as a reception and order preparation area and a lift platform to transport the merchandise up and down from the different levels.

The dynamic shelves for the storage of products in pallets are compact structures that incorporate rolls paths. USE Traditional system It´s the most widely used system. The pallets are introduced by the most elevated part of the paths, and move around, due to the force of gravity and in a controlled velocity, until the contrary extremity, where the unloading corridor is located. The elevation means used are variated: counterweight forklifts, retractable, trilateral tower, etc. Push-back System The load and unload of the merchandise are done by the same corridor. The first pallet is placed in each corridor´s first position available; with the forklift the second pallet is introduced and this is the one that pushes the first pallet, occupying its position, and so on. Logically, the last pallet to go in is the first on to get out (LIFO system).
