This red pesto (the third in our Italian flag–hued pesto, after green and white) tastes like a mash-up of your favorite spicy arrabbia sauce and the savory anchovy-garlic dip bagna cauda. All of which is to say, it’s delicious.

Harissa Paste sauce is a mix of peppers, coriander, chilli, olive oil and garlic. This spicy condiment can be used to enrich tomato-based sauces and is a fantastic accompaniment to many Moroccan-inspired dishes Harissa sauce has a nice sheen and good depth. Great rich texture, smooth and sturdy texture with good adhesion. The flavors are all very well balanced with a good level of heat which allows the main ingredients to emerge. Delicious aroma of roasted pepper. A delicious hot sauce originally from North Africa. The product has a shelf life of 30 months and several formats are available.
