Les fibres optiques de la série Optorange sont développées et fabriquées en interne par SNT. Elles sont utilisées pour le comptage, la détection et le contrôle dans des espaces restreints et/ou des conditions environnementales sévères. Elles sont disponibles en standard avec des sections de 0.2 à 6 mm² sur des longueurs comprises entre 250 et 5000 mm. Elles fonctionnent avec les cellules photoélectriques SNT. L’utilisation de fibres optiques permet la détection de petits objets dans des espaces restreints. L’amplificateur étant séparé de la tête de détection, celle-ci est de faible dimension. La durée de vie et la robustesse des fibres optiques en verre sont beaucoup plus grandes que pour les fibres en plastique. Leur plus faible coefficient d’atténuation autorise des longueurs de fibres plus importantes. The Suvis GmbH offers flat pressure sensors (see photograph), which we produce ourselves and which can be used for classical static pressure measurements on solid surfaces like automobile frames. The flat pressure sensors are applied especially in cases where one cannot place a borehole in the respective surface. Hence, flat pressure sensors represent “transportable” static pressure boreholes, which one can glue on the surface of the flow body. The photo shows typical flat pressure probes. Typical dimensions are 17 mm (diameter of the flat disc) and 0,5 mm as diameter of the pressure borehole. The disc consists of bronze, while the measurement tube is made of high quality steel. In order not to interfere with the flow the discs are chamfered around their periphery. When producing the flat pressure sensors for you we can take your individual design requests into account. We develop novel flow and particle sensor systems for the application in environmental technology, process and mechanical engineering, and automotive technology. Initiator cables, also referred to as sensor/actuator cables, connect control units and different sensors, or, in the case of reversal of the measurement principle, actuators. Frequently used abbreviations include ini or ini cable (plural: inis). Sensor or measurement transducers transform physical quantities such as rotation, speed, distance or length into analogue electric impulses. In the case of an actuator, the measured electric current (symbol: I, unit: ampere; A) or voltage (symbol: U, unit: volt; V) is transformed into temperature, pressure or torque. The connection cable consists of at least three cores with a small cross-section of between 0.14mm² and 0.34mm². In the simplest case, two cores are required for supplying the voltage, while the last core transmits an I/O signal. For sensitive applications, there are shielded versions in addition to the traditional ini cables to avoid EMC disruptions (electromagnetic compatibility).
