At the heart of any good front door is its construction. CarbonCore is the world's strongest and only patented construction method developed exclusively for the front door. Carbon fibres are extremely light, stiff and several times stronger than steel, which is why they are used in state-of-the-art aircraft as well as the most prestigious Pirnar entrance doors. They do not warp in the scorching sun or in the coldest winters. As they seal better, there are no draughts. Opening is extremely easy.

TAC activated carbon towers have been developed for separating oil vapours from compressed air (dry type separation). TAC series is made from high quality carbon steel. Flow distributors ensure uniform distribution of air flow through activated carbon bed. Oil vapours as well as some other hydrocarbons are separated due to adsorption process. Super fine coalescing filter is required upstream TAC and 1μm dust filter is recommended downstream to intercept activated carbon dust. Stainless steel version available on request. High pressure version available on request.

BF filters are designed for protection of the downstream compressed air system and equipment against defects and other failures. Due to their robust welded carbon steel construction, are used for installation in heavy industrial applications with high air flows.They ensure high efficient removal of solid particles, water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons, odour and vapours from compressed air systems up to 16 bar. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with 6 different grades of filter elements (B, P, R, M, S and A). Optional external condensate drains should be used for efficient condensate draining from filter housing. Fluid group 1 on request.

CHP carbon steel high pressure filters are designed for high efficient removal of solid particles, water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons and other vapours from high pressure compressed air systems up to 420 bar. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with 6 different grades of filter elements (B, P, R, M, S and A). Optional external condensate drain should be used for efficient condensate draining from filter housing.

According to ASTM 1418 Standard the fluorinated compounds are divided into the following three groups FKM, FFKM and FEPM. We produce black and coloured bisphenol and peroxide FKM compounds in hardness between 50 and 90 ShA. We also produce compounds based on FFKM and FEPM polymers. Unlike organic compounds, all fluorinated compounds have in their structure the bonds of carbon and hydrogen atoms (CHbond) replaced with carbonfluorine bonds (CFbond) which are not subject to oxidation and provide with their polar nature an exceptional resistance to solvents, oils, grease and fuels, as well as resistance to oxidation, combustion and weathering, i.e. factors that would normally attack the most of other natural and synthetic compounds. Due to exceptional chemical and temperature resistance these compounds are usually used for the production of technical products such as flat seals, pipes, oil seals, Orings, in short, any product that will be exposed to an environment

Prestige carbon gangway has all round visible carbon and nonskid design on top.

Carbon look gangway is white on the bottom and has visible carbon fibers on top with design in nonskid surface.
