Our services for single objects are invoiced according to the expense and effort invested, or in the case of larger objects, according to prior quotation. Installation of static IMV mixing elements in a pipe DN 1400 mm for dispersing of a 10% w/w ozone/oxygen-gas stream into fine bubbles. This results in a large interfacial gas/liquid contact area and thus a high ozone absorption rate of the ozone in the water stream to be treated is achieved. The ozone/oxygen-gas stream is added through the side-nozzle DN 200 mm. Mixer is made of stainless steel AISI 316L (= 1.4404), pickled and passivated.
