Tool making We stick to the "single source supply" principle. Marchtrenk is not only the center for the development of products. Here we design and produce the molds for injection molding products exclusively in our own tool making department. Our expertise is concentrated entirely here at our HQ. This makes us independent and we can react in a flexible manner. You do not have to worry whether your tool has been calibrated properly to produce good components – we do that for you. We supply you with perfect silicone or compound parts.

The FX 100 is specifically designed to weld Flexible reinforced ducting or tubing. This machine will weld reinforced tubes from a 2 inch diameter to a 48 inch diameter. The FX 100 can also easily add a wear strip to the outside. This modern machining technology offers a host of advantages over more conventional processes. STEEC makes available to its customers its know-how in micro drilling by spark erosion. The principle of this machining process is the same as for wire spark erosion, except that the tool used for cutting is no longer a wire but an electrode shaped according to the precision machining require. The part and the tool (electrode) are not therefore in contact with each other, in fact it is an electric arc formed between the electrode and the part that will machine the latter. This is also called sparking. The part must be necessarily be conducting to be able to be machined by this method and it is prerequisite for using this method. This absence of contact between the tool and the part makes it possible to machine very hard materials such as titanium for example.

The EME gluing machines are made of stainless steel and brass, while the tray of glue is in ABS antacid. All parts in contact with the glue are interlocking and can be disassembled easily without any tools, making it quick and easy cleaning. USABLE GLUE: The gluing machines use a sticky compound consisting of powdered dextrin diluted in water. 400 grams of dextrin must be mixed with 600 ml of water. This is vegetable glue derived from potato starch.
