In addition to our laser cutting facilities, we have a bank of fully automatic and semi-automatic cutting machines ready to process materials up to 3,000mm in length. With the capability to hold tight tolerances (+/- 0.20mm) on diameters ranging from 6mm - 153mm, our cutting services are the cost-effective option for high volume repetitive cut orders. Whether you choose the built-in deburring and washing options or the stand alone alternatives available alongside the cutting service, your components will be completed to a high standard of finish.

A circular saw is a tool used in many industries to reshape or cut some raw materials that have different shapes and sizes. As is known, most saws work by hand power. Special table designs can be supplied on demand at extra cost. AVOLA stone cutting saws are equipped with powerful motors. Motors can be wound for other voltages and frequencies at extra cost. The various materials used in the refractory industry require special machining methods. Although wet operation has become more and more important over the past years, dry cutting is in many cases the only method to be considered for cutting certain materials.

Double Column Bandsaws with linear guideways are ideal for MITRE cuts with different quantities. With the movement of the bow, it’s possible to cut between 90° and +45°. With height adjustment and hydraulic cutting, control allows the bow to go up over the material after the cut. All this process is controlled by a digital counter on the control panel and total duration for one cut decreases. Fixing the bow at any angle is controlled by the hydraulic brake system.
