EVA SERIES EVAPORATORS CAN BE USED IN HCFC AND HFC REFRIGERANTS WITH MEDIUM TO HIGH SYSTEM PRESSURE (30-45 BAR). EVA SERIES EVAPORATORS CAN BE MANUFACTURED BOTH IN STANDARD CATALOGUE DIMENSIONS AND IN THE DIMENSIONS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. EACH EVAPORATOR MANUFACTURED IS CONTROLLED AND TRANSMITTED TO THE CUSTOMER BY MEANS OF UNILAB LICENCE PROGRAMME FOR CAPACITY AND PRESSURE DROPS.

EVAPTON WATER CONDENSERS ARE USED FOR CONDENSING THE REFRIGERANT GAS IN INDUSTRIAL AND COMFORT COOLING SYSTEMS AND ARE MANUFACTURED IN EVAPTON STANDARDS OR IN SPECIAL DESIGNS ACCORDING TO DEMAND. WHILE ECON-C SERIES CONDENSERS ARE PRODUCED FOR COOLING APPLICATIONS USING MAINS WATER OR WATER COOLING TOWER WATER, ECON-M MODEL CONDENSERS ARE PRODUCED FOR SEA WATER OR SALT WATER. IT CAN BE MANUFACTURED FROM 20 KW COOLING CAPACITY UP TO 1500KW COOLING CAPACITY.

IT IS THE MOST WIDELY USED HEAT EXCHANGER IN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES SUCH AS IRON AND STEEL, PETROLEUM, PETROCHEMICAL, GAS, POWER PLANTS, FOOD, PHARMACEUTICALS, LEATHER, TEXTILES, AIR CONDITIONING, SHIPS AND MARITIME SECTORS THE HEAT EXCHANGERS USED IN THE INDUSTRIES CAN BE USED IN ALL SECTORS WHERE THERE IS A SECOND ALTERNATIVE ENERGY REQUIREMENT FROM AN ALTERNATIVE ENERGY WHILE ONE FLUID RUNS THROUGH THE TUBES, OTHER FLUID FLOWS OUTSIDE THE TUBES BUT INSIDE THE SHELL AS PARALLEL OR ACROSS THE TUBES. Different forms of radius notches can be machined according to various Standards.The notches are at different radius and angles. Micrometer notches at 0.01 sensitivity. Compressor block and cylinders are casted from grey iron EN GJL250 material and the crankshaft is casted from ductile iron EN-GJS 500-7 material. Splashing lubrication is made with the help of a bar which is integrated into the design of the crankshaft. There is a mini ball valve integrated to the body, enabling easy evacuation of compressor oil. Outlet of this valve is fitted with a removable blind plug against the risk of discharged oil.
