Tecnomagnete began its activity in 1974, becoming specialized in permanent-electro magnetic technology applied in the machine tool field. Thanks to original patents, the continous improvement of Quadsystem technology and a winning commercial strategy, Tecnomagnete is the leader for magnetic systems in the industry. Products entail MillTec Grip, for gripping on milling machines, Radial Pole and FlexoMag for gripping on lathes, and the range of MaxX magnetic lifters for lifting ferrous materials.

Our Collet Chucks are available in a variety of different styles: Standard Cap Collet Chucks for Spring and Varibore collets. Available in short size to maximize your lathe work envelope. Quick Change Collet Chucks for Spring and Varibore collets, for when a quick change design is neccessary. Fixed Length Collet Chucks are high accuracy, and ideal for second operation. Pull Back Collet Chucks for Pull Back collets offer a compact design for improved tool access.

A large selection of collets in round, square and hexagon configurations, in a large variety of sizes to suit multiple different collet chucks. Spring collets are available as D173E and D185E. Varibore collets are available as D673, D677, D285, D120, D175, and D850. Pullback collets are available as 5C and 16C. Rotary embossing dies manufactured from steel or a combination of brass and steel. Male and female embossing die sets produce multi-level images of highest quality and finest detail. Precision engraved or chemically etched to a depth carefully calculated to achieve the desired result. Cross web guide discs together with anti-backlash and adjustable gears ensure accurate registration both across and along the web. For less detailed images, more economic single male or female embossing dies used in conjunction with a hard rubber coated anvil may well achieve the desired result. UniFlex® Foiling Plates for Magnetic Rotary and Semi-Rotary Hot Foiling Stations The image is chemically etched into the copper faced steel and sleeves are priced on area not complexity. Economically priced tooling making the foiling of small quantities a viable option. Typically weighing less than 0.5kg, the plates are easy to handle and very economic to transport with customers benefiting from reduced freight costs. UniFlex® plates are the least labour intensive product when it comes to production and this is reflected in the price. The image is produced by chemically deep etching the copper faced steel. Designed to run on low cost aluminium mandrels Econofoil/UniSleeve are produced to fit the majority of hot foiling units. End adaptors in mandrels for oil heated foiling units remain in place at all times reducing set up time for press operators.Econofoil/UniSleeve mandrels are considerably lighter than brass or magnetic foiling dies so are easier to handle and set up. Radio Frequency (RF) and Ultrasonic welding is used in diverse industries for fusing two or more materials together. Depending upon the precise tool function, very different levels of detail or profile are required and can be incorporated within the engraved tool. Designed to fit into most foiling units, the Foilring foiling system utilises an aluminium mandrel which is considerably lighter than both brass and magnetic foiling dies making them easy to handle and reducing freight costs. Unlike other hot foiling systems that require a dedicated mandrel for each repeat length, a single Foilring mandrel can cover a 5” repeat range (19” – 24” for example). End adaptors in mandrels for oil heated foiling units remain in place at all times reducing set up time for press operators. Rings or sleeves are produced just wide enough to accommodate the engraved images significantly reducing costs. Foilring hot foiling rings and sleeves are precision engraved to depth of 1.00mm (or more if required) and have exactly the same accuracy as engraved brass hot foiling dies.
