Application: AV-2MCC series is also known as non-retention ball valve. Its valve body design prevents the medium from retaining inside after medium flow. This ball valve is designed for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Sizes are available from 1/2" to 4" (1/2", 3/4", 1”, 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4") DN15 to DN100 (DN15, DN20, DN25, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100) Valve body can be AISI 304 or AISI 316L. Valve seat: Cavity Filled Teflon (PTFE) + Silicone Max. working pressure: 145psi (10bar) Temperature range: -4 ~ 302°F (-20 ~ 150°C) End connections: tri-clamp / tri-clamp, others available upon request.
