Stainless steel derives its corrosion resistant properties from a thin oxide film on the surface, often referred to as a passive layer. Surface contamination can prevent the formation of the passive layer and cause stainless steel to corrode. Heat tint or weld burn discolouration are such surface contaminants and require removal.

We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes.
