Our work starts with precise and efficient material cutting using modern machines. Our Laser and plasma cutters are available for sheet metal processing of all grades. Laser Trumpf 4kW with interchangeable table 4000x2000mm cuts mild steel of max. 18mm with both oxygen or nitrogen. Plasma Omnicut/Hypertherm where portal is also fitted with an acetylene burner; table size 6500 x 2000mm, usually cuts max. thickness 100mm

I vårt produksjonsanlegg har vi implementert teknologien for sveising av karbonstål fra materialgruppene 1.1 og 1.2. Dette er S355 J2 stål og stål med lavere flytestyrke. CNC bending of sheet metal technology is the most popular method of plastic processing, allowing to obtain details of both simple and complex shapes. The use of modern press brakes allows for the maximum possible repeatability in cnc bending of the produced elements for any number of items. The modern CNC tube bending services and the automatic compensation of the deflection arrow give maximum accuracy and repeatability in 7 axes and allow you to maintain the required angles along the entire length of the bending line. All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements. Our capabilities include the following metal protective coatings: - aluminum anodizing (soft and hard); - cataphoresis (electrophoretic painting); - electropolishing; - galvanic zinc; - hot-dip galvanized (galvanizing metal); - powder coating. As a production company, we offer: - metal sandblasting of crude steel; - removing paint coatings by sandblasting and soda blasting (without heating and damaging the surface); - glass blasting of stainless steel and aluminum; - unifying the surface after machining and welding; - large-area painting with a hydrodynamic, airless unit.
