With verandas, the system is complemented by site meeting profiles, thermally broken gutters and profiles that are coupled with or without thermal break that allow for whatever type of opening. A new generation of façade consisting of a base system with an ample range of mullions and transoms that provides answers to the different style and construction needs for architectural projects. Its base profile range of 16 mm to 250 mm in mullions and 22.5 mm to 255.5 mm in transoms, and equally with the complementary accessories, are common to the new CORTIZO façades. The extensive profile range and their mechanical unions allows for all types of façades to be built (vertically, inclining, 90° corners, corners and polygonals) as well as resolving large and heavy modulations. This SG 52 façade is a traditional system, also known as the Stick system. The fixing of the glazing to the supporting profiles is carried out by using clips. This system requires an insert that is fitted in to the glazing chamber (U profile). The combination of the clip and the insert allows the glass to fastened on all four sides.

Aluminium T-Profiles fall in the range from 25 х 48 х 2 х 2 mm to 185 х 100 х 10 х 15 mm. They all can be powder coated in any RAL colour, processed mechanically and anodized.

Punto Curvatura adopts a technological solution to bend those profiles that have already been through the powder coating treatment, particularly wooden-paint sublimates.

The process of three-dimensional curving of aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out in two steps: torsion and bending. This is a very complex process, which only a high-skilled staff, with a technological equipment, can carry out.

The twisting or torsion of the extruded aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out via a clockwise (or counter clockwise) solicitation of the cross section against its axis. In order to avoid that this twisting jeopardizes the stiffening rib, we use a filling system to help the stretching and the compression of the fibres. We are able to twist up to 9 mt profiles!

The demand of aluminium profiles to furnish the HoReCa industry as well as Department Stores with particular sizes and shapes has considerably increased over the last years. The calendering of profiles used in the construction or in the realization of the most modern refrigerated showcases for cafés, ice-cream parlours or restaurants requires special attention for the aesthetics of the profile.

Punto Curvatura is capable, with special cylinders installed on the bending machines, to comply with the most complex curvature requirements for the realization of tensile structures used to cover circuses, military hangars, museums, exhibition stands, gazebos, stages and agricultural structures.

Together with the curving of single or double sunshade systems, Punto Curvatura is capable to twist them to meet the different architectural requirements.

The curve of the aluminum profile used for mobile walls is made with a sophisticated soft curving of the profile, which makes the curve with straight ends to the two sides of the extrusion. The service is performed by means of laser pointing installed on the bending machines.

The bending of aluminum profiles used in curtain wall systems is carried out with a patented system by filling with a special alloy. During this process, the cross section is not only calendered with millimetric precision, but it also meets all the perpendicular tolerances, avoiding any kind of deformity deflection or "twisted effect", thus maintaining the perfect geometry required.
