Construction of farm buildings - Import export

Our client is an engineer, businessman and lecturer. He also happens to be an experienced designer who specializes in the development of agricultural building projects. One of our recent orders was the development of the 1st stage of the construction of the project of a farm complex for rabbit breeding, an animal slaughterhouse with a meat processing workshop. In total the client has an intention to have 12 rabbit farms built. This is going to be the largest rabbit farm complex in the Baltics and it is planned to put it into operation in stages.

Our thermally insulated halls are the highest quality solution and offer the best protection for sensitive goods. Thanks to all-round high insulation by means of sandwich elements, these lightweight halls can be used in all areas. The areas of application of our thermally insulated halls: - Storage for sensitive goods - protected parking and storage space - Assembly and commissioning for goods of all kinds - Maintenance and repair - Production and workshop - Sales and exhibition areas Benefit from the excellent heat-insulating and low-maintenance properties of full cladding made of sandwich elements. They consist of two outer shells made of steel and a foam core made of polyurethane or mineral wool, thus ensuring optimum insulation. This means that the energy required to heat the industrial hall can be significantly reduced. As a positive side effect, appropriate noise protection is generated at the same time.

We completed our project Ethiopia, which we designed and manufactured, and made the shipment. We design the most suitable structure for the companies we cooperate with and ship them all over the world.

In the Abalioglu Feed Factory project located in Burdur, we have performed warehouse steel processing. we used 78 tons of steel on an area of 2000 m2.

In our project, which we carried out with Doğrar Metal, one of the prominent names in the sector, we followed the path by prioritizing high efficiency in an area of ​​750m². In our study, we obtained a whole by using bolts in European Standards. Our project has become ready for use in order to expand the working and storage area of ​​the company.

There are 66 thousand bolt entries in our project, which is 40 meters high, where we manufacture 700 tons of steel and where we create each piece unique from the other. Our work, which we are happy to process parts of a whole, was used as a Solid Waste Facility after assembly.
