This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Handheld Industrial TPMS Tool The VT65 is a handheld industrial TPMS engineering tool for manufacturing facilities, on assembly lines and rework stations, or when preparing vehicles for export or domestic dispatch. Built to meet OEM specifications and requirements, it features TPMS sensor activation and TPMS sensor state manipulation functions, for production and testing. Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity permits to wirelessly transmit TPMS sensor IDs to a local PC or to the factory network for central data processing. The recording frequency can be set with a scanning rate of 2 ms. Random lengths of strip at the leading and trailing ends (drop-off) can be suppressed, even subsequently. The signals are recorded using a data collector belonging to the scope of supply. Its electronics with input and output modules is designed for installation in switch cabinets or desks in interference-proof 24 Volt top-hat (DIN) rail technology. It transmits the data via a network cable to the Windows recording computer which can be supplied by Vollmer or by the customer.

Whether at home or at work, a wireless router belongs nowadays almost to the standard. With the HSPA + terminal AarLogic TER-HX910 router with integrated modem of Round Solutions you get a high class wireless router. The SIM card is inserted directly into the router. Connect the machine or sensors with RS232 or you can connect the GPIO's to the TER-HX910 Terminal. When connected, the router sends or receives data over mobile network. The TER-HX910 has an internal Watchdog option. When the modem turns off, the watchdog will start the modem each 30 min. Thanks to external antenna connections you can always choose the location with the best reception. The router has no battery, but for example you can provide the supply of electricity in the car or in a vending machine.
