Fastons serve for extending or finishing separate conductors used in electrical or automotive industry. Depending on the use, Stancmetal produces different faston types such as faston tabs, flat plugs, splices, socket contacts, cable lugs, ring tongues, spade terminals, etc. Our company’s fastons conform to German DIN standard, they are made of brass and steel strip with nickel and tin coating. Our fastons enable fast connection between conductor and appropriate device. A quality contact is the one which doesn’t lead to changes while establishing it between fastons after switching on and off for ten times.

Kaleliler is manufacturing steel bolts from vaious types within a range of M 12 - M 72 . Heat Treatment, Surface Treatments and quality control lab are all INHOUSE. Kaleliler is an expert in hot forging and special fasteners production. TriPress® is a triangular rapid fastening system that can be clinched into plastic and light metals. During the clinching operation, the two components of the TriPress® fastener connect together quickly and economically. It is available in the following designs: Triangular shank and knurl parallel with axis provide greater torsional strength. Circumferential locking flutes on triangular shaft generate high pull-out resistance. Combination of grooves and knurls permit positive-fit fastenings and achieve high torsional torques and pull-out forces (figure 4). So the fastener can be clinched into pre-prepared holes or injected as inserts into plastic housings.

By using REMFORM® screws to join synthetic materials, the cost of the inserts and the associated work step can be omitted in the injection process. The screw simply screws into an existing core hole, forming its own thread as it goes in. The asymmetric thread geometry of the REMFORM® screw ensures that the synthetic material flows towards the load flank as the thread is formed. A non-detachable fastening for sheet metals can be produced at optimum cost by using self-clinching screws under the brand names of RIVTEX® (for sheet thicknesses between 0.75 and 2.00 mm) and STRUX® (for sheet thicknesses between 2.0 and 5.00 mm). The clinching technology is suitable for steel and aluminium sheets, causes very little cost in inspection and control, and allows several clinch screws to be processed in a single stroke.
