TABLETOP VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE DZ 400 T WITH INCREASED TANK Tabletop vacuum packaging machine with frontal sealing bar, made of stainless steel (AISI 304), equipped with digital panel and electronic volumetric sensor that enables the continuous vacuum control. The tank of increased sizes with rounded lid allows the packaging of products with maximum height of 180 mm and the vacuum pump with a capacity of 20 m3/h ensure high productivity. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

ASCO CO2 Gas Revert Recovery Systems are engineered to efficiently recover the revert CO2 gas from ASCO Dry Ice Pellet and Block Machines which normally direct the revert (flash) gas to the atmosphere. When dry ice is produced the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is approx. 4045 %. This means 5560 % is lost to the atmosphere. This conversation rate is a physical fact and therefore, unfortunately, not to change. With a CO2 Revert Recovery System, however, most of the CO2 can be recovered which leads to a final conversion rate of approx. 9095 %. This way, the dry ice production costs are reduced up to 50 %.
