The "Quattro" information board functions as a transparent and stable partition wall. The interaction of the aluminium frame in silver anodised and the transparent acrylic panel offers a simple exterior. At the same time, the board can provide a high-quality separation between customers, patients, employees and areas. A partition wall is a practical article to provide protection spontaneously and depending on the situation. Due to its low weight, the article shown is easy to move and mobile. Long queues, disordered areas or new hygiene regulations require the use of a separation or tracking system. High stability is guaranteed by two flat round base plates with a diameter of 400mm each. The light and anodised aluminium profile is placed on them. An acrylic sheet is held in the profile by a rubber in the frame. The transparent sheet ensures that the area of application is not optically reduced despite the use of a partition wall.

Riga Mel Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a white melamine film on both faces (grade M/M); reverse face can be overlaid with a phenol film. Advantages The surface is hygienic, odour free, weather- and water-proof, resists commonly used chemicals and UV rays. The surface is easy-to-clean with water and steam. Applications Transport industry: finishing of walls and ceilings; furniture components and table tops, shop fitting and exhibition stands and booths, advertisement and information boards. Surface overlay The surface is smooth, glossy and hard. Nevertheless, it may easily crack in case of hard impacts. Riga Dot Product Birch plywood (Riga Ply) overlaid with a phenol, UV resistant or melamine film on both faces. The wear face has a special surface pattern (WT). Pattern gives dot effect. The reverse face usually is smooth (F). Film color Phenol films: Dark brown 120 and 220g/m2, Black 120g/m2 , Light Brown 120g/m2, yellow 167g/m2. UV resistant films: Dark grey 220g/m2, Light grey 220g/m2, White melamine 200g/m2, Opal white 174g/m2. Under transparent films BB grade veneer can be applied. Advantages Environmentally friendly, durable, easily workable, hygienic, odour free, easy-to-clean, wear resistant, weather- and water-proof, resists commonly used chemicals. Further processing Plywood can be machined with wood working tools: cutting, drilling, milling, jointing in length, tongue and groove (T&G), half laps, profiled edges etc. Overlaying A matt phenol, UV resistant or melamine film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. The phenol film is composed of a basic paper which is impregnated with phenol resin. The UV resistant film is impregnated with a special thermosetting mixture of polymers containing amino resins. The melamine film is a modified resin based film with improved crack resistance for the decorative lamination of plywood. Overlaying with higher resistance to abrasion and multi-layer overlaying is also possible (respectively 240g/m2; 440g/m2, etc.). Multi-layer overlaying gives superior wear resistance. Riga Preprime Birch plywood overlaid on one or both faces with a preprimed painting film ready for painting, without further priming or other preparations. Advantages Environmentally friendly, easy and fast to paint, less consumption of paint, does not require priming, does not crack during interior and exterior application. Application Walls, ceilings, surfaces of furniture, front doors to be painted, lorries, factory rooms, containers, household, trailer side boards, traffic signs, information and advertising boards. Overlaying The panel is overlaid with a preprimed painting paper and glue film during hot-pressing process. The total surface weight (depending on the applied films) is 350-400 g/m 2. It is possible to have such overlay (PRE/PRE) on both faces or a painting paper on one face and a phenol film on the reverse face, or a painting paper on one face and the reverse face of raw plywood in various qualities.
