Greenhouse Fogging System

The greenhouse is designed to resist to difficult climate conditions as they are in Europe. The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization. The steel is designed specially for greenhouses and tunnels, because it is very resistant in a corrosive environment. The steel impact- and distortion-resistant, with a smooth surface thus protecting the film against premature wear. Professional three-layered film of 200 microns, resistant to ultraviolet (UV), elongation 600% (EVA), exterior anti-dust layer, interior anti-condensation layer, 90% transparency and 20% diffusion. Warranty for 57 months and lifespan of approximately 6-7 years. The metallic structure is made of galvanized steel of 60mm diameter. The Sendzimir Z275 zinc-coating and the E260 steel offer the guaranty of the quality and durability of these structures. The entire surface of the classic tunnel is covered in 200μm three-layered film, sealed with aluminum profiles with PVC. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 6-7 years lifespan. The access is assured through a sliding door plated with polycarbonate and set up at one of the edges.
