The ECO POL industrial wood stoves are designed for fast and efficient heating of all types of industrial, agricultural and livestock premises. The equipment incorporates a large combustion home where firewood or woody waste is introduced, once the combustion is carried out, the gases come into contact with a heat exchanger where heat transfer occurs with the air driven by a fan. The hot air is diffused in the room to be heated, obtaining a very fast and efficient heating system. With our industrial wood stoves, you will obtain a fast and efficient heating system, taking advantage of the woody waste produced in the manufacturing tasks (wooden pallets, wooden boxes, cardboard boxes, etc.). We have two models that provide a heat output of 50 and 100 kW that allow heating of 300 to 600 m2.

The hot tub allows you to enjoy swimming in the fresh air regardless of the season. External stove 25 kW MATEA is suitable for hot tubs with a diameter of up to 1.8 meters. The device and principle of operation of the outdoor stove MATEA 25 kW Equipment has weight of 60 kg and dimensions (without chimney) 67x64x44.5 cm (HxLxW). The furnace is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with a thickness of 2 mm and 1.5 mm using high-precision argon melting. The stove kit includes the following: • Chimney, 2 pipes (1m) with a canopy; • grate; • 2 hoses; • 2 flanges; • drain cock and clamps. The stove has double walls between which water circulates. In the process of burning wood, it heats up, moves up and down like a thermal pump. The heated part rises, reducing the pressure in the lower part, as a result, cold water from the hot tub is "sucked" into the stove.

Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants. We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp. *We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type. *We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes. *It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended. *Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.
