The vanilla beans that come from the SAVA region are selected by us one by one, and we only retain the most aromatic and those that have no defects. We currently have batches of vanilla in stock of different qualities (Gourmet, TK, Red, Cuts) that we can dispatch immediately.

Our vanilla powder is made after a rigorous aromatic selection of US Red type beans which guarantees you a high vanillin content. These beans are then finely ground to obtain a homogeneous powder that is easy to use.
