We consider the future test strategy in the design phase and implement it in parallel with production. Among other things, during the development phase, we think ahead to consider the test contacts for the test fixture. An ICT test without test contacts is also possible. Our forethought helps to avoid the need for expensive corrections or additional production steps.

As an NI Alliance Partner, we offer software development in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand as a service on an hourly basis or at a fixed price/project. In addition, we use Python, C/C++ Embedded and Microsoft PowerBI. The free Recovib.Suite is composed of 5 application modules The Recovib.Tiny Module allows the user to set up the Recovib.Tiny vibration recorder (i.e. to define the recording period) and to download the recorded data to the host PC. The Recovib.Feel Module allows the user to visualize and record signals acquired with the Recovib.Feel USB vibration sensor connected to the host PC. The Recovib.Monitor Module allows the user to visualize and record signals acquired with Recovib.Monitor acquisition systems connected to the host PC. It all starts with the development process. In order to provide the best possible support for your development team, we supply Enable Tool NG with the right software to make settings on our control units, manage different versions of this data, and safely carry out assembly from the prototype to the larger vehicle fleet. The Enable Tool NG supports the calibration of the control units and the commissioning of electric systems during mass production. The software also maintains databases for the long-term secure storage of data and protocols.

Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally.
