Gaming providers are putting more and more focus and effort into getting their users online creating a seamless omnichannel experience. The onboarding process for new users may be quite daunting and confusing. Therefore, iGaming providers are looking into applying Service Design as a way to make the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable for the end-user. Symphony Solutions’ Design Office took on this challenging task and created a roadmap allowing for a 60% reduction in user journey steps from the initial intention of placing a bet to creating the account.

BleXr is a fast-growing iGaming affiliate marketing company which came to Symphony Solutions in 2017. They needed to: Implement scaled Lean/Agile process Fill in significant gaps in engineering talent Monitor and support critical systems availability Symphony Solutions: Guided scaled Agile implementation and coached practitioners through SAFe methodology Helped cross-functional Agile teams grow and deliver business objectives through Team Extension, providing developers, Quality Assurance and DevOps engineers Ensured availability of critical systems by incorporating engineers into the stand-by support team As a result, the Client had 6 successful quarterly planning sessions, increased revenue after the first PI period, and expanded into a new country.

Client is one of the largest bookmakers in the UK, acquired by GVC Holdings in March 2018, has been expanding their partnership with Symphony Solutions for 5 years. From just 4 engineers and PoC, 200 people now work on this business. We developed products and applications for the client to eliminate dependence on vendors and to improve market position and profit potential. These products were created for the client’s own web platform and native Android and iOS apps. We also designed stable architecture for real-time betting, scaling up and back for high load periods. The client now owns their own Intellectual Property, has technology superiority over competitors, and continues to increase profitability.

VirtualStock, the platform that helps retailers, suppliers, brands and healthcare providers connect more efficiently and control their supply chains, came to Symphony Solutions to help increase their development capacity. Symphony Solutions established 2 development teams in 3 months and helped to roll-out to production. Software development is ongoing and continuously releases new product versions every 2 weeks. The relationship is solid and growing.

Client Graphyte is a UK-based SaaS company selling services to large gambling and betting operators for integration with websites and mobile apps to offer personalized content to their users. Their product, Graphyte Recommend, uses AI to provide ultra-personalized recommendations to punters, the same way Netflix provides entertainment recommendations to its viewers. Problem Graphyte was a small start-up in October 2018 when they came to Symphony Solutions. They needed help in solving technical problems with POC, mostly related to scale and database performance, issues such as: - A bottleneck in the system created by relational database, - Unnecessary latency, - Lack of resources for system maintenance, and other issues. On top of our own PowerToShare platform – and also for other blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, HyperLedger and the Energy Web Foundation – TOBLOCKCHAIN developed blockchain applications and building blocks targeting specific market needs. For example green energy certificates. - P2P sharing & trading is an easy to use application for direct sharing or trading between consumers.
