FRUIT SIZE: Medium to large. HARVEST: Late midseason, mid-August. Fantasia can be harvested in two stages depending on the desired qualities of the fruit, regarding firmness and taste.

Nectarine (Prunus persica var. Nectarine L.) is a subspecies of the peach with the main difference of smooth surface. Nectarines have great characteristics keeping freshness for longer, they are easily stored and have a longer life. Nectarines have a significant quantity of vitamins A and C, niacin, and fibers which have a beneficial effect on the health of the skin and nervous system. Nectarines are an excellent source of carotene, potassium, flavonoids, natural sugars, lycopene, and lutein particularly useful in maintaining good health. Very suitable for fresh consumption and this makes it a very interesting fruit tree for commercial cultivation.

Semi-erect bearing, medium vigorous development, bushy habit. Flowering is mid-late. This variety is very fertile and a regular high yielder with a rapid start in production. Sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.) is a deciduous woody plant and belongs to the Rosaceae family and Prunoideae subfamily. The fruit is a monocarpic pome, with a spherical appearance and dark red, pink, or yellow color. The fruits are meaty, sweet-tasting, 2-3 pieces stacked together on stalks. Sweet cherry is a very important agricultural plant and its fruits are in high demand both for fresh consumption and for processing. Sweet cherry has the most vitamin C compared to other pome fruit. The fruit is also rich in zinc, folic acid, calcium, antioxidants, and flavonoids which play an important role in a healthy diet. Cherry also contains cellulose, which tightly regulates digestion.

Dark red flesh, juicy, medium-firm, with a pleasant aroma, tastes sour with a possible sweet note. Rich in soluble dry matter, sugar, acid, and vitamins. The juice made from Oblacinska sour cherry has an intense red color.

Sour Cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) is a woody plant and belongs to the family Rosaceae, genus Prunus. Sour cherries are in high demand for fresh consumption, but they are also very appreciated in industrial processing in the production of juices, jams, compotes, and as a frozen product. It is believed that cherries originating in Asia Minor, and brought to Greece. According to its nutritional composition, cherries are especially rich in vitamin C and B, and potassium. Thanks to the plant pigment anthocyanin, a strong antioxidant, cherries are very important in maintaining good health.
