Metal plate CNC controlled gas cutting up to 6000 mm x 2000 mm, thickness of 150 mm We have over 30 years of experience in metal plategas cutting . Today, CNC controlled gas cutting is a very effective and economical method of cutting metal plate. Thanks to several cutting heads, we are able to guarantee a large quantity of finished products in a short time. Despite major progress in the development of other cutting methods (laser cutting, water jet cutting or plasma cutting), gas cutting continues to enjoy great popularity. It is a relatively slow method, but with the right technological approach it guarantees high efficiency of production at a very low cost of finished elements. Gas cutting has no competition in terms of cutting sheets of more than 60 mm. The only technology that can be used instead is water jet cutting, but gas cutting is by far cheaper.

Oxygen Cutting is the most widely used industrial thermal cutting process. After the metal material is heated to the ignition temperature with high heat obtained by burning in oxygen, the heated part is cut with pure oxygen gas jet. As Ramazan Aycan Inc., we can perform oxygen cutting from 35 mm to 150 mm with our new generation CNC oxygen cutting machines.

Our machines with 2500x6000 mm and 2500x12000 mm capacities can cut 2-30 mm galvanized steel and ST 37 and 2-15 mm stainless steel. Also, they may process as inclined method for the sheets thicker than 10 mm. With our plasma cutting machines that can cut up to 12 meters in length, high thickness materials can be processed with high precision. With this production method, which has high durability and low energy consumption, production can be made at low cost. With the oxygen cutting method, we can shape materials up to 200.00 mm in thickness with additional fprhnologies such as micro-joint at a speed of 15 mitpr per minute.

Beer loss and oxygen intake are reduced to an absolute minimum, making the SCHULZ filtration system attractive even for small-scale brewers. A continuous dosage of filtering aids (cellulose and/or perlite) ensures that the permeability of the candle and flexibility with fluctuations in the filter inlet are maintained. Furthermore, the use of a downstream particle filter is rendered obsolete thanks to special depth filter cartridges. For operating batches of more than 10,000 hl, the service life of the filter can be increased, as is shown in the unit pictured here, by a separator and adjoining buffer tank.
