The pressure transducers of the PD-10L series have been developed to measure differential pressure. These OEM pressure transducers have a single silicon diaphragm in their interior, which is pressurised from both sides and measures the pressure difference directly. This design enables them to measure tiny pressure differences even at an extremely high line pressure.

The capacitive pressure transmitters of the 41X series are designed for measuring relative pressure values in the mbar and µbar range. They use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve an accuracy of 0,1 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable analog current or voltage output.

The pressure transmitters of the 9LD series use the chip-in-oil technology developed by KELLER, uniting a pressure measuring cell, digital temperature compensation and signal processing in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy. The transmitters are extremely resistant to environmental influences and delivery highly accurate measurement results as a digital output signal. The I2C interface and the low supply voltages make it easy to integrate in microcontroller-based systems. The extremely low power consumption is ideal for battery-operated devices. The D line is perfect for IoT solutions.

The pressure transmitters of the 9LC series use the chip-in-oil developed by KELLER, uniting a pressure measuring cell, digital temperature compensation and signal processing in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy. The transmitters are extremely resistant to environmental influences and deliver compensated measurement results as an analog, ratiometric 0,5...4,5V output signal over a wide temperature range.

The compact pressure transponders consist of a digital, extremely robust D-line pressure transmitter and a passive RFID module. They obtain their power from the reader and therefore do not require a power connection or battery replacement. The 21D RFID transponders are therefore perfect for convenient on-side reading of instantaneous values, e.g. during inspection tours or safety checks on large vehicles.

The F02 has been designed for application in systems which require a pressure transmitter with a Performance Level PL d or a Safety Integrity Level of SIL 2. It has a thin-film measurement cell made from stainless steel which is welded together with the pressure sensor and thus guarantees high media compatibility. It is available within pressures from 10 to 1200 bar. The output signal is made available at two outputs in parallel, whereby the second output represents an inverted signal. Users can select between a ratiometric and an 4-20-mA output in three-wire technology. The permitted media temperature range extends from -40…+125 °C. The total accuracy in the compensated range of 0…+80 °C lies at <= 1 % FS. The possible flexibility during integration into an existing machine is ensured through the provision of a multitude of available pressure connections as well as the small construction. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. The F02 also has E1 approval.

The pressure switch P01 has been designed especially for use in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the impact and vibration resistances have been designed for this field of application. This facilitates their use in adverse ambient conditions such as can be found in mobile hydraulics. The integrated electronic switches (NPN or PNP) can be preconfigured ex-works. The P01 is available for pressure ranges from 0...10 bar to 0...1200 bar, whereby a switching accuracy of 1 % of the measurement range end value can be achieved. The maximum permitted media temperature totals 150 ºC; the ambient temperature totals 125 ºC. The parts coming into contact with media have been produced from stainless steel (1.4548) and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. Optionally, a damping device can be integrated into the media access.

The M01 series has been especially designed for applications in adverse ambient conditions in the same way value is placed on high resistance to aggressive media. Furthermore, the modular principle permits many combinations of pressure connection, pressure range, output signal and connector, so that the right sensor can be found for most applications. For pressure ranges from 10 to 2000 bar, which are frequently required for use on mobile machines, welded stainless steel measurement cells are used which are suitable for media temperatures from −40 to +150 °C. Depending on the type of measurement cell and the material coming into contact with the media, the M01 is resistant to aggressive/non-aggressive gases and liquids. On request, versions in 316L design for use in hydrogen pressure measurements are available. In addition to CE and UL certificates, every M01 product with a 1.4542 stainless steel measurement cell possesses an E1 approval verifying its suitability for use in vehicles.

The Pressure Switch F01 fulfils the high requirements of the EN13849-1 Machinery Directive. The F01 can be used for systems with Performance Level PL d and for safety-critical applications. The F01 has an E1 approval. The F01 is available for pressure ranges from 10 to 1200 bar and has two switching outputs which switch inverted to each other. The F01 is also available with one switching and one analog output. The current output is read back by the F01 to ensure the output signal is emitted correctly. To be able to use the F01 in many applications, users can select different pressure connections. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. Through the calibration of the transmitter via temperature, a total accuracy of 1 % FS can be achieved within a range of 0...80 °C. The maximum media temperature totals +125 °C. The stainless steel parts coming into contact with media guarantee maximum media compatibility in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell.

This differential pressure transmitter in a control panel housing is suitable for use as a 2- or 3-point controller thanks to its two integrated limit contacts. These permit the realisation, e.g. of ventilation controls, at low cost and without the need for additional electronics. Both the threshold values and the hysteresis for the controller are easy to set via the front keyboard. The display provides readings of measurement values directly on-site in Pa, kPa, inchH2O or mmH2O as well as information about the output states of the limit contacts. An adjustable time constant (up to 10 s) allows the instrument to generate an attenuated output signal, even under fluctuating pressure conditions. Cyclical self-calibration of the zero point ensures a high level of measurement accuracy. The instrument is available with an ISO factory calibration or DAkkS calibration certificate (optional).
