The xiMU cameras are the smallest cameras in our portfolio and even in the world of industrial cameras. The sensor options include 5 Mpix, and 18 Mpix with a USB3 interface.

The future in the pad printing process lies in the integrated cliché production using laser engraving. The pad printing machine HYBRID 90-2 combines the concept of the ”hermetic” pad printing with the flexibility of the digital data for cliché production. Thanks to the software ALFALAS® Laser Suite which was specifically developed for this purpose, the cliché production takes place in the HYBRID 90-2. Automatic changeover of print motifs takes place in a matter of seconds. A multi-color print motif will be directly produced with precise register setting. The control of the HYBRID 90-2 iTAMPOPRINT is already prepared for the use of the software iTAMPOPRINT. This offers the possibility to connect the pad printing machine for example to an ERP system in order to allow a complete data management. In addition, it is possible to process external information of camera systems, testing devices etc.

The microPREP™ PRO system was developed to provide efficient laser sample preparation fitted to the needs of microstructure diagnostics and failure diagnostics. Therefore, with microPREP™ PRO material samples can be prepared effectively and economically by using an ultrashort pulse laser. microPREP™ PRO allows to create complex and 3D-shaped samples to enable more comprehensive analysis of certain structures like in advanced packages, such as through silicon vias (TSVs), or even complete systemsinpackage (SiP). Furthermore, it is ideal to provide larger sized samples with microlevel precision. The integrated overview camera assists in navigating on larger samples – the high definition process camera allows for exact positioning. Moreover, the application of a picosecond laser ensures virtually no structural damage and no elemental contamination of the material.

The XVC-1000e is designed to meet the needs of end users or systems integrators who are looking for fast, easy integration of a weld camera to their welding process. Featuring the XVC-1000 camera in a robust, industrialized housing, the XVC-1000e comes complete with integrated light sources, motorized focus, air or water cooling and a protective spatter window. The XVC-1000e is monochrome, the XVC-1100e is color.

The Xiris WeldStudio™ software utility provides users with a variety of powerful features for XVC weld cameras including image processing and display, graphical overlays, audio and video recording and playback. The user-friendly interface allows operators to set-up and control multiple cameras on any suitable PC running Windows 7/8/10 operating system.
