The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

The sampling spoon with long handle can be used to remove powders, granulates, pastes or liquids. The long handle makes it easy to reach the bottoms of larger containers as well and allows for sampling of drums, jerrycans and bottles with small opening diameters. Thanks to the indentations on the handle, the disposable spoon rests comfortably and securely in the hand. The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

All parts coming into contact with the sample medium are made of pure white PTFE. Completely inert against all substances (with the exception of elementary fluoride). The rod is stabilised with a steel core which is completely encapsulated in PTFE. The 60 cm long rod can be extended to 120 cm by adding another component. The scoop PTFE with 10 ml has a strong rod with a length of 155 mm.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

The SiloPicker is ideal for taking bulk goods samples from silos. Using the extension rods, samples can be taken from depths down to 3.5 m. The insertion depth depends on the density of the bulk goods.

Gas-tight barrel pump with flexible discharge hose for filling off into large canisters and containers. Convenient transfer because the canister can stay on the floor. The connection cone is held onto the container. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

Sampler for powder in the pharma area, made of stainless steel AISI 316L, material 1.4404. The especially slender tip can be inserted easily and deeply in order to take the sample. The conical inlet of the tip allows the collection of either very small or larger quantities. StickProof is constructed in one piece without edges, grooves or crevices for perfect and easy cleaning. The sample can be filled directly into the sampling bag from the outlet end. Fasten the bag with a sturdy clamp.

Transportable, hose pump for liquids, independent of mains power. Ideal for sampling from barrels, tanks, wells, water separators and sewage and purification systems. Vampire is packed in a handy transport case with: drive unit, two rechargeable batteries, battery charger, LED lamp, bottle holder, bottle LDPE 250 ml, hose pump and 5 m hose made of PE.

Meat sampler for taking bacteriological samples from the surfaces of dead animals in slaughterhouses and in butchers‘ shops (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses). The BeefSteaker is used to cut out a 25 mm round sample from the animal‘s skin. The stainless steel AISI 420 cutter allows the sample to be cut out easily. The BeefSteaker can also be used for other sampling purposes (histology, medicine, food and semi-luxury articles, cheese factories, agriculture). The BeefSteaker can be steam-sterilised or flamed. A hole in the crown prevents air compression and is used for ejecting the sample.

Sampler for deep-frozen and semi-solid substances products in the food industry. The sharp sawing crown of the very robust hollow borer rapidly cuts into the sample. A cylindrical sample (cross-sectional sample) of up to 20 cm can be cut out. Ice borer consisting of three parts: Borer, borer head for use in conventional drills and rod for pressing the cylindrical sample out of the borer head.

The drill head for carcass sampling has a hexagonal socket for bit holders or chucks, suitable for all commonly used cordless screwdrivers or drilling machines. Meat sampler for microbiological sampling of carcass surfaces. Slaughtering businesses (slaughterhouses, butcher's shops, etc.) are obligated as part of operational process control and for monitoring of slaughter hygiene to conduct regular microbiological examinations of carcasses for cattle, hogs, sheep, goats and horses, etc. The samplers for carcass sampling are similar to a cork drill. They can be used in the punch process (a destructive process, also called the cork drill or excision process) to remove a circular sample of tissue of 5 cm² from the surface. After the punch sample is cut out, it is removed from the carcass with a scalpel and tweezers.

The spoon with curved spoon bowl is suitable for a wide range of different media including powders, granulates, pastes and liquids. The angled spoon shape is also good for reaching into the corners of a container. The long handle of the plastic spoon makes it possible to empty residue from large containers easily and can also reach into places that are hard to reach such as jerrycans with narrow necks. OTAL pump with disposable delivery tube made of PE, for single use. In OTAL pumps the medium being transferred comes in contact only with delivery tube. There is a danger with reusable pumps that the liquid being transferred will be contaminated by the pump, especially if the pump is used for different media or containers and it´s not properly cleaned before change. A space-saving container pump is specially designed for single use, thereby completely eliminating time-consuming and cost-intensive cleaning as well as contamination. The delivery tube of the liquid transfer pump is made of a single piece and can easily be shortened to the respective container height using the cutter included with delivery. This offers maximum flexibility and guarantees good emptying of small remaining amounts from the container. The discharge of the delivery tube can also be shortened. The disposable pump is ideal when special purity is important or if cleaning is difficult or not possible at all.

The sample drill for stalk material is a sampler especially for hay, silage, straw, herbs, bushes or other stalky plant dry material where other drills quickly get tangled. The special geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and quickly into different stalky materials. The hay and silage sample drill takes samples quickly, cleanly and easily from a silo or bale. Sampling with mechanical assistance from a drill or powerful cordless screwdriver allows the sample to be taken effortlessly with little manual effort. The sample drill can be used flexibly both horizontally (sampling from the side) and vertically (sampling from above). The robust and durable tube drill is completely made of stainless steel 1.4404/1.4034 (316L/420) or aluminium/stainless steel 1.4034 (420). The practical ejector helps to empty the sample from the sample drill.

With the bottle holder, the sample can be taken directly into the sample bottle. An easy-to-use clamping strap holds all bottles or other containers up to 88 mm Ø. Plastic, glass or metal bottles can be filled easily and safely without having to decant the sample for transport or storage. The position of the bottle holder can be set at different angles so that samples can be taken from different depths and surface textures, even from areas that are difficult to access. The SteriBag Premium sample bags uniquely combine a high degree of security, sterility, tamper evident closure and traceability, they are used to securely transport and for the storage of samples. After sampling, the sample can be filled directly into the sterile sample bag. The tamper-evident closure seals the bag liquid-tight and secure. When trying to open the closure again, the word "STOP" appears clearly visible. Both the sample bag and the tear-off field are labeled with a unique tracking number, this allows a complete documentation and traceability. The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

OTAL® hand pumps with PP delivery tubes, resistant to weak acids, alkalis and detergents. The telescopic immersion tube adapts itself to the container height on insertion. This ensures good removal of residual liquid and means that the hand pump can be used with different containers.
