The GEMÜ 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The GEMÜ 507 2/2-way angle seat globe valve has an ergonomically designed plastic handwheel and is manually operated. The 5A shut-off valve is available in a number of variants – straight design or angle design. The flow of the media is reliably shut-off by threading in the spindle. It is equipped with a female thread on both ends, has a low-wear valve seat, and each valve undergoes a tightness test in accordance with DIN 3230.

This ball valve is the ideal partner wherever aggressive gases and liquids have to be safely and reliably shut-off, isolated, mixed or distributed. It is light and compact and also has a good flow rate, even with soiled media. The shut-off body consists of a ball with a hole drilled through it. When the valve is open the entire cross-section is clear. A special mounting system makes it easy to assemble the ball valve in the desired location. Our ball valve is also available on request in the bulkhead version.

Pneumatic fittings - hand valves (shut-off valves, pneumatic valves) are used for turning air pressure on and off for pneumatic devices. The three-ways control hand valve, when closed, discharges the residual pressure from the output side (device). Therefore it assures safety at adjustment or repair of the connected devices. The two-ways control hand valve does not have air discharge mechanism, is suited for air supply to a tank or other devices from which the residual pressure should not be discharged. The two-directional control valve is also suited for the system where vacuum piping is used.
