Goods lift for moving goods and passengers safely and efficiently Multi-passenger transport with ESCORTA - special option only from Lödige The ESCORTA goods lift is the ideal solution for easy vertical transportation in multi-level storage and production facilities. Thanks to its new certification (European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and DIN EN 81-41) multiple persons can now simply ride in the lift with their goods to the desired floor. This upgrade option ease the flow of goods and people, increases the level of comfort, making transporting goods between levels much easier and more pleasant. In its standard configuration, it has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The ESCORTA lift can be individually configured in great detail in terms of size, lifting height, materials and look. Cabin dimensions can vary greatly, with length, width and height each reaching nearly three meters.

We can produce light pallets but also pallets for much heavier goods (f.e. 3-4T). We can produce special pallets of different sizesof your demand (up to 4m long). Pallets on blocks (4-way entry pallets) or pallets on beams(2-way entry pallets). We can make pallets with a slot, pallets with OSB plates, boxes, pallets for windows, glasses etc.

The devices are equipped with an exclusive label edge detector 'Mech Sensor System ". This automatically detects the leading edge of the label and provides absolute dispensing accuracy of form labels. There are no special transport cuts or sensor marks required. ar feeder for special profiles wanted ? To extend the MULTI 3000 to the bar feeder for special profiles, the Uni-erector can be mounted optionally. It enables the erection of rectangular profiles and special profiles for further transport to connected machine tools. Thus a smooth reloading process is possible. By simply setting a parameter, the erector can be selected or deselected. This enables a quick changeover from round material to a special profile. By deactivating it, the bar loader can load round or hexagonal material as normal. While with activated parameter the bar feeder will load the special or rectangular profile while the reloader is erecting. The use of square material is also optionally possible. The erector consists of two opposite rollers. To erect the material, these rollers move together during reloading. When the bar is threaded into the machine tool, the rollers open again. The distance between the rollers can be easily adjusted.

With a platform container, you are optimally equipped for a whole series of special requirements transportable for general cargo. This type of container offers the ideal solution for cargo in oversized, over-height and over-length, but has 20ft and 40ft length dimensions, the same as standard units.
