The high-performance high-level palletizer PRINCIPAL-H is capable of palletizing up to 2400 bags or cartons per hour. The fast high-level palletizer is equipped with an empty pallet magazine and an outfeed system. A bag flattener at the beginning ensures that the bags are “in shape” for stacking. Flexible layer patterns are made possible by a servomotor-driven overhead rotating device that rotates the bags to the required position. For example, the bags can be positioned so that the bag seams point inwards or barcodes can be read from the outside. A well-structured layer pattern is guaranteed by the synchronous belt drive of the layer pusher, which enables the exact positioning of the bags or boxes, and the motor-driven front and side shifters, which ensure a stable and right-angled layer.

The CERTOPAC, a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine, packs any type of free-flowing bulk material in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 5 kg and 80 kg. Thanks to its high speed, this open-mouth bagging machine can fill up to 1500 bags per hour. Because of the high flexibility of the packaging machine, bags made of woven PP, PE and paper can be processed. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC stands out due to its easy accessibility and high reliability. This high-performance packaging machine is also available as CERTOPAC-S and CERTOPAC-L in addition to the “standard version”. The differences between the variants are the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights and sizes of the bags. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC can also be completely made of stainless steel and equipped for powdery products.

The PRINCIPAC is a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine for open-mouth bags and, with up to 2000 bags per hour, it is one of the fastest in the world. The PRINCIPAC is characterized by high performance and flexibility. Both pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg can be processed. The bags can be made of woven PP, PE and paper. This fully automatic open-mouth packaging machine is ideally suited for any type of free-flowing bulk material and with additional equipment such as a dustproof filling spout also for powdery products. Depending on customer requirements, the high-performance bagging machine can also be made entirely of stainless steel. Further options enable the PRINCIPAC to be optimally adapted to customer requirements.

The high-performance bagging carousel CIRCUPAC has been specially developed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. The CIRCUPAC is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper. The special feature of the packaging machine is the continuously rotating carousel: All components are precisely matched to each other, so that the entire process is carried out without a start-stop system. A maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour can be achieved. All movements are controlled by an intelligent master servo motor controller and are precisely coordinated with each other. An extended filling time by six filling stations as well as the constant compression of the product by special vibration plates result in a well-filled bag.

Currently there are three net weighers in our product portfolio. The differences are in the product feeding. Our weighers are equipped with gravity, belt or screw feeders depending on which product has to be weighed. The choice of product feeding depends primarily on how well the product is free flowing. Moderately flowing as well as powdery and fine products are rather weighed with belt or screw feeding, while free-flowing bulk goods are usually weighed with gravity feeding. The high quality standard of STATEC BINDER is also achieved here through the use of stainless steel and a sturdy and compact design. The use of stainless steel guarantees longevity and high operational reliability even under demanding conditions.

As the name suggests, the FFS-Combi Version of the open-mouth bagging machines has an additional FFS module, allowing bags not only to be used from the bag magazine but also to be produced from tubular film. The CERTOPAC and PRINCIPAC open-mouth bagging machines are available as FFS-Combi Versions. The additional FFS module is also available for the CIRCUPAC bagging carousel. The changeover from the bag magazine to the production of bags from the tubular film is simple and convenient on the operating panel. The filling process is identical for both variants. The bags are either separated from the bag magazine or produced from tubular film and conveyed to the pick-up station. There the bag is put onto the filling spout, filled, and placed on the conveyor belt. From there it is transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, seals, or glues the bag depending on the material.

The patented bag closing system “Over Tape Bag Sealer” from STATEC BINDER seals woven polypropylene (PP) bags airtight. A woven PP tape is used for a reliable and secure closure. If necessary, the bags can also be sewn. Both pillow bags and gusset bags can be securely closed. This sealing technology facilitates the handling of dusty and odour-intensive products of the food and feed industry. During operation, the filled bags are transported to and from the bag closing system via a conveyor belt. A sensor detects the position of the bag and automatically puts it into the trimming area. After cutting the top edge of the bag a woven PP tape is applied over the open edge of the bag to seal it with hot air. The hot air to seal the bag airtight and odourless is produced by a heating unit in the machine.

The SYSTEM-F, a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine, produces pillow bags and gusset bags with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5 kg and 50 kg from flat film. The System-F is particularly ideal for packaging powdery and moderately free-flowing products. Thanks to an adjustable format set, different package sizes can be produced. The format and/or production can be changed by one person in just a few minutes. This is made possible by a rotating magazine, which is installed directly on the machine and holds several format sets of different sizes ready at all times. The vertical FFS packaging machine impresses with its compact design and low space requirement. Further options allow this bagging machine to be adapted to a wide range of requirements.

The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food,... Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

The ACROPAC is a fully automatic bagging machine with a production capacity of up to 600 bags per hour. Hence, this open-mouth bagging machine is ideal for those who want to change from manual/semi-automatic packaging to fully automatic packaging and/or require low capacity. Whether plastic pellets, animal feed, fertilizer or food, the ACROPAC is ideal for packaging free-flowing bulk materials. Due to the high flexibility of the machines, pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 10 kg and 50 kg can be filled. The bags can be made of woven PP, PE or paper. In order to meet special requirements, the machine is also available in a stainless steel execution and can be equipped for powdery products.

Our product portfolio includes three manual bagging machines for open-mouth bags: SCALPAC-G, SCALPAC-B, SCALPAC-S. All three bagging systems are designed for up to 1200 bags per hour and differ only in the used net weighers. Depending on the product to be filled, a net weigher with gravity, belt or screw feeding is used. Prefabricated open-mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper are attached to the filling clamp and fixed by an employee. As soon as the bag is fixed, the weighed product flows into the bag. A conveyor belt transports the filled bag to a bag closing machine, which sews, seals or hot-glues the bag depending on the material. For free-flowing bulk materials, a net weigher with gravity feeding is selected. Moderately flowing products are fed via a belt feeder. For fine and powdery products, the screw feeder is best suited.

MECHANICAL/HYDRAULIC FM LIFTERS FOR FURNITURE Ideal for transporting furniture, safes, containers and machine tools. The FM series mechanical/hydraulic lifter kit for furniture is suitable for moving furniture components in furniture stores, during removals or simply when you need to move furniture safely and without any effort. The maximum load capacity of the pair is 600kg (FM60 mechanical model) and 1800kg (FM180/A - FM 180/B hydraulic models). The kit consists of 2 lifts with lifting plates with non-slip coating and a strap for fixing. Lifting is by means of a screw with crank for the FM 60 model and a practical lever with a hydraulic pump for FM 180. The lifts are equipped with non-marking pivoting rubber wheels with steering lever. RAL 1028 yellow paint for the FM 180 models and blue for the FM 60 model Operation: Position the lifting plates below the part to be lifted, adjust the upper support and tension the safety belt.

HORIZONTAL DOUBLE CUTTERS BD 122 - BD 220 Universal cutters for cutting paper, corrugated cardboard, reinforced papers and polythene, polyethylene foil, polyethylene bubble, polyethylene foam. This series is very useful because you can use at the same time two different materials. The use of the cutter is extremely simple: it is necessary to carry the material to the desired length and manually operate the blade holding carriage, the cut is clean and precise in both directions. All the cutters are mounted on a frame complete with coil holder and rubber feet, on request may have the wheels with brake. For reasons of space the product is shipped disassembled. The cutter can be equipped with: RHOMBOIDAL BLADES: suitable for cutting plastic film, polyethylene foil, bubble wrap or foam. CIRCULAR BLADES: suitable for cutting paper, corrugated paper and reinforced.

Bench cutter with lever, portable, suitable for cutting of cardboard corners. Equipped with ergonomic handle with safety latch to lock it when the cutter is not in use and a small compartment for storing rulers, blades, markers and pens and leave the workbench ordered. Operation is very simple, simply enter the portion of the corner you want to cut into the slot and pull the lever down. The cutter is used during packaging operations to cut safety corners, normally 2 meters long, into smaller pieces to be placed on the corners of boxes and pallets to strengthen them and protect them during transport.

Sturdy and professional roll holder suitable for the unwinding of heavy plastic reels film made of polyethylene. Load 100 Kg. Very robust reel holder, made of painted tubular steel and equipped with wheels with brake, it supports rolls with a weight of up to 100 kg and allows an operator to carry them out safely. The reel holders are made with the reel axis diameter 60 mm and length up to 2200 mm, very simple to rotate as it is mounted on ball bearings and equipped with cones for locking the reels. Depending on the presence or absence of the brake, the total width of the roll holder is approximately 200/300 mm wider than the useful width. The reel holder axis can be "idle" or "with brake".
