Our high-capacity portal palletizers act in a material-caring manner on three servo-linear axes within cubic space. We develop, design and manufacture portal robots in our in-house production facility in Gescher-Hochmoor. We are a specialist in the high-care segment -with portal robots made of high-grade steel.

SIM feeding and sorting systems ensure the reliability of our assembly, testing and inspection systems. We develop, design, manufacture and adapt these systems based on customer specifications and the existing assembly system. A combination of various feeding, handling, camera and sensor systems, robots can be used in additional to individual systems. The systems are used in virtually all industrial branches, including medical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics, the automotive industry and electrical engineering. Feeding systems are an important part of automation technology, as are the isolation and provision of individual components. In addition to simple feeding systems, complex testing, measuring and assembly processes can be added without any problems. Different feeding systems can also be combined thanks to the use of robots and handling systems. Hoppers and belts are the most important part of a production line. While they aren’t used for production themselves, they are a great help in a finely tuned system and significantly optimize the timings. Stop and go is not the watchword, but instead non-stop. Belt hoppers, caches and conveyor belts are all particularly gentle with the product and can be integrated into an existing plant system without any problems. The Senergy® motor-driven roller is a genuine innovation. It is the first roller with a brushless 24V motor to be fitted with a standard four-pin M8 connector. A patent is now pending on this new technology. It is the digital encoding of the hall-effect signals in the motor that enables signal transmission to the external commutation electronics. The motor temperature is encoded and analysed in a similar way. This reliably protects the motor from overheating by effecting downward regulation as soon as a critical temperature is measured. The wet ash removal system / wet slag extractor is a subtype of the tough chain conveyor. In this type of system, the transported goods, in this case slag / ash, created during combustion, is cooled in a closed water bath and then removed. All components below the water line are welded in the factory so that they are waterproof. Our end station is also welded so that it is waterproof and is located with all components within the water bath. This means that the chain works completely below water and can no longer be impeded by floating parts. Therefore, this reduces the risk of the conveyor chain blocking or tearing to a minimum.

We supply conveyor belts in various models for bulk goods. The model primarily depends on the transported quantities and bulk good properties. Conveyor belts / belt conveyors can also be used advantageously even across longer distances and with higher transport quantities. Conveyor belts with trough belt guides serve specifically to dispose of sewage sludge or for transporting wood. We also supply suitable scraper systems for your belt systems. It is also possible to fill the containers for container loading. A reversible and swivel-mounted conveyor belt also allows up to 6 containers to be filled. The advantage here is that the containers can be filled completely by moving/turning the belt. This container filling option is an alternative to pushing containers on rails.

The trough chain conveyor is an important piece of transport equipment for bulk goods in the field of continuous conveyors. Our trough chain conveyor can be operated up to an installation angle of 90°. The discharging and dosing is carried out in completely closed system and can also be designed to be dust-tight and pressure-tight.
