Our piston rod cylinders are fabricated according to various ISO standards and are available in single-acting or double-acting design. They are suitable for filtered, unoiled or oiled compressed air.

The Logtag Logtag TRED30-16R Temperature Logger with external sensor is specifically for monitoring temperature during transport and storage. The data logger has a capacity of up to 15,900 measurements and a measuring range of -40°C to +99°C from an external sensor.

The IST AG MK33-W capacitive RH humidity sensor has been developed especially for high-end measuring applications and extreme environments making it optimal for oil applications. The MK33 excels through its extremely high humidity and temperature working range and its outstanding chemical resistance. The humidity sensor is capable of measuring 0 % RH to 100 % RH (maximal dew point +95 °C) with a capacitance of 300 pF ±40 pF (at 30 % RH and +23 °C) and operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +190 °C. IST AG offers wireless RTD Platinum SMD sensors for automatic PCB assembly processes with wrap-around contacts on both ends. We offer different SMD technologies for different applications and temperature ranges, e.g. SAC305-tinned wrap-around contacts for the normal PCB assembly process, high temperature solder wrap-around contacts for high temperature applications up to +250 °C or Ni/Au wrap-around contacts for special requirements or wire bonding applications. The SMD sensors are available with various accuracies of up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) and in different dimensions (0805/1206) with other dimensions upon request. SMD sensors are characterized by excellent long-term stability, fast response time and low self-heating.

The IST AG LFS1710 conductivity sensor offers a typical cell constant of 0.44 cm-1 and a conductivity measuring range from 0.2 mS/cm to 200 mS/cm within an operating temperature range of -30 °C to +100 °C. QuellTech Solution: The performance of a manual inspection cannot be compared with the speed and the repeatability of a contactless QuellTech Q4-1000 laser scanner. It is even possible to install several instruments in parallel to cover the whole width of the ingot with one single scan. These instruments are mounted on an existing portal and correctly synchronized, so that interaction of the laser light originating from the other scanners is excluded. The QuellTech laser line scanners produce 3D point cloud of the raw ingot surface, and the software calculates the coordinates of the highest and deepest levels of this surface. After scalping the flat surface can be scanned again for any defects. Benefits for the Client: Thanks to QuellTech’s wide area laser line scanners, the cycle times for ingot scalping could considerably be reduced, and excessive material scrap due to a too low scalping level is prevented.

The IST AG PW RTD sensor has been developed as an alternative to the traditional wire-wound sensors. The PW sensor combines the advantages of high accuracy and precision of the wire-wound sensors with the advantages of thin-film sensors that offer robustness, small dimensions and very low hysteresis at an optimal price level. Compared to a standard thin-film sensor measuring up to +300 °C in IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A), the IST AG PW sensor measures with high accuracy up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) within a wide operating temperature range from -200 °C to +600 °C. Due to the special construction and stable characteristics curve, the IST AG PW sensor is also suitable for low temperature applications. As an additional feature, the PW sensor is available in round ceramic housing with the same dimensions as a traditional wire wound sensor, meaning easy interchangeability into existing temperature applications.
