Lavender honey adds unrivalled sweetness to this authentic nougat. Ingrédients : Sucre, Amandes, Miel 27,3%, Sirop de glucose, Blancs d’ŒUFS, Pain azyme (Eau, fécule, huile d’olive), Extrait naturel de vanille. Mode de fabrication : Miel et sirop de glucose cuisent au chaudron, apport de blancs d'œufs suivi du sucre cuit, vanille et amandes. Allergènes : Amandes, Œuf, possibles traces de fruits à coques. Tous nos nougats sont garantis SANS GLUTEN. Préconisations de stockage : À conserver fermé et à l’abri de l’humidité entre 18 et 22°C. Date limite de consommation : 12 mois
