trak | uplift quadro traction battery is specially tailored to the requirements and challenges of high- tonnage electric forklift trucks, high-current applications as well as applications with dynamic load profiles. The cells of this advanced battery for heavy-duty applications meets the requirements of the DIN EN 60254-2 standard with regard to capacity, weight and dimensions and can therefore be installed in the same battery trays as conventional PzS cells. trak | uplift quadro is more energy-efficient and requires 7 % less energy for each charging process than a conventional PzS battery – and therefore ensures a reduction in power consumption. Furthermore, the trak | uplift quadro can be charged much faster, requiring at least 12 % less time for a full charge. The result: batteries are available more quickly.

The trak | uplift ex is the HOPPECKE special battery solution for the use of industrial trucks in potentially explosive atmospheres. Certified and manufactured according to EU Directive 2014/34/EU(ATEX), it guarantees maximum safety in dust and gas atmospheres. The unique trough and the "Ex-cells" guarantee the highest possible working safety and user-friendliness. With the trak | uplift ex traction battery, the DC plug-in device as well as the battery trough are individually adapted based on customer-specific vehicle dimensions.

The trak | uplift iQ battery is equipped with the trak | collect battery controller, which measures the battery status in real time to increase productivity and operational safety. The current status of the battery is always indicated by an LED display near the battery socket. trak | uplift iQ is Fleet Ready: The battery system communicates with the environment (e.g. charger, PC and vehicle) and transmits battery data for battery and fleet management. In addition, the Smart Charging function ensures high energy efficiency, minimized water and energy consumption. Trak | uplift iQ is the optimal system to reduce your operating costs and CO2 footprint.

The trak | uplift save battery is a lead-acid traction battery optimized for use in dusty and harsh environments. It has a robust battery trough with cover, which protects the battery from contamination and violent damage. The water refill system trak | aquafill and the electrolyte level indicator trak | aquacheck, which are fitted as standard, can significantly reduce water refill intervals and costs. In combination with a HOPPECKE trak | charger HF premium charger, virtually maintenance-free operation can be achieved. trak | uplift save is particularly suitable for rental stores and tough operating conditions.
